Orlando Culinary Academy is affiliated with the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu program, renowned for teaching practical culinary techniques while encouraging creative, innovative styles of cooking. Based on traditional European methods and using state-of-the-art American equipment, Orlando Culinary Academy offers one of the most comprehensive programs available in the country today.
Located in a bustling tourist hub at 8511 Commodity Circle, Orlando, Florida, students get to witness first hand fine restaurants and popular dining establishments.Through the school’s three month externship, they are able to roll up their sleeves and join the local workforce to get a taste of a real work environment and gauge the competitive nature of the thriving food service industry.

Associate - Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts
Associate – Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking
Associate - Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management
The Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts is a fifteen month program (three months of an externship) designed to prepare students for entry to mid-level positions in a variety of fields. Experienced instructors will demonstrate and supervise practical techniques and help students hone the skills they need to embark on a career in the culinary arts.

The Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking teaches students basic baking skills and pastry techniques and instructs students on how to effectively run both the front and back of a restaurant. This program also focuses on leadership and interpersonal skills. Graduates of this course will be ready to work as an entry level baker or a pastry chef trainee.
The Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management program goes beyond the general culinary skills to teach restaurant and hotel operations and management techniques, including human resource management and small business management. There is also a course in mixology and beverage service. This is a nine week program that also includes a supervised externship.
All applicants are encouraged to visit the campus to check out the fully modernized facilities. In addition, each applicant must agree to a personal interview and sign an Enrollment Agreement (which includes an application fee). Prospective students must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
