Few other programs offer the flexibility of the Arts Institutes with its tri-fold option for education. An incoming student can choose the Plus option, a mixture of traditional in-class learning and innovating online courses, the Online option where all of the coursework is done on the internet, or the Classroom option offered in 31 locations across the United States.

As part of its Culinary Program, the Institutes offer education in Culinary Arts, the Art of Cooking, Baking and Pastry and Culinary Management among several others. Beginning with the basics, such as knife skills and kitchen procedures and progressing to such complex topics as baking and pastry and garde-manger (cold kitchen), the completion of the programs guarantees a well-rounded culinary arts education. Whether online or in the classroom, the Art Institutes’ professional chefs prepare the students for fulfilling careers in the food and service industry. They expose the realities of working in restaurants such as inventory control, food quality evaluations, and event management.
